On a quiet back street in Bondi this cottage on a small block of land was dark an unusable. Demolishing the rear and rebuilding with a second storey, opening up light and air gives the house the ideal beach feel.

Large bifold doors from the rear deck flow to the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.

The second story addition of study, bedroom, en-suite and walk in robe allow a light filled isolation to the rest of the house to give you a 'holiday feel' all year round.
