On a large corner block we converted an old Californian bungalow leaving the front facade in the original condition whilst demolishing the rear and adding on new wings to the house.

Jarrah floors throughout, with aluminium sliding doors and windows give the old house a new feel.

With bedrooms located to the front of the house, an open plan kitchen, dining and living rooms to the rear.  Their house now flows to a rear back garden perfect for the family’s young children to roam freely and easily supervised by parents from all rooms.
