On a very small narrow block this freestanding single story existed. With clever architecture and high detail we produced a four bedroom two story house of grand style and fine finishes. Using cross flow ventilation to eliminate air conditioning and clever use of glazing to maximise natural light we produced a very eco friendly house which the owners love to live in and entertain in.

Further work has resulted from friends of the owners from this job.
