Built in five month on Danger island in Hawkesbury River. This project was a logistic nightmare as everything had to be taken to the island by barge and no vehicles are allowed on the island.

Therefore planning of this project was of the upmost importance.

Built out of prototype steel portal frame system, designed by Sue Harper (Architect), many decisions were made on site with consultation with architect and owner. This was the first time this design was built.

To everyone’s amazement on the island, the five-month completion and high standard of finish left everyone in awe.

This house has become an icon on the island and loved by the owners.
