Seaforth Studio is a purpose-built jewellery studio constructed within the rear garden of a residential property in Seaforth, designed by Peter Stutchbury.

Delivered in collaboration with Jeff Broadfield, the project involved the construction of a highly crafted studio using recycled hardwood, silky oak plywood and polished concrete flooring.

These materials establish a strong and tactile character, giving the building a sense of weight and texture while maintaining a refined and carefully detailed finish. Despite its rustic material palette, the studio presents as a precise and resolved space, shaped by craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Compact in scale, the project demonstrates how a small, purpose-built structure can achieve both functionality and architectural clarity through material selection and execution.
